Beautiful spring day. Sunny and warm. Raking the earth-smells so good. Plotting out the garden , this will be our first veggie garden attempt. Plans to can lots of vegetables. L spent more time in the woods, he just loves it. Easter bunny comes tonight!!!

A blustery, cold March day here on the hill. Kids all at school and cats asleep around the fire. Waiting for my plumber to come and install our washer. We moved here July 20, can you believe I have been 7 and 1/2 months without a washer ( with 4 kids )!!! So excited to get the reno plans up and running. Meet with architect again this week. So much to think about, we want to get it just right. We have been waiting 20 years to do this! L continues to chop wood and ride his tractor, when he's not knocking people out!
